Buying Outside of the Downtown Area?
If walking distance to Queen’s University and KGH is not essential to your lifestyle, you may want to consider houses for sale in established neighbourhoods just west of the downtown Kingston core. Neighbourhoods such as Polson Park, Calvin Park and Strathcona Park offer excellent value for 1950-60’s traditional homes on tree-lined streets with large lots. They are all easily accessible to the downtown Kingston core. To the east, across the LaSalle Causeway, is the newer neighbourhood of Greenwood Park, with modern homes built since 2000 primarily. In addition, you will find larger homes on estate lots in country subdivisions, with access to Lake Ontario.
We offer real estate listing and selling services to the broader residential Kingston market, as well, as served by the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association.

Considering Renting a House or Condo in Kingston Instead of Buying Real Estate?
We are often asked why we don’t handle leases or rentals of condominiums and apartments in Kingston. With a vacancy rate usually under 1%, Kingston landlords, owners and property managers can easily rent their own houses and condos without the help of Realtors® or a public registry of properties for rent. We recommend Kijiji as the best place to start.
